Buying process
Ameritech Recon Casper sells vehicles remotely, which means trust has to be built into the process itself, not assumed. Every step below exists to remove a specific point of doubt — what you're buying, what you're agreeing to, and what happens if it isn't right — before you're ever asked to commit.
Every listing shows verified specs, mileage, condition and VIN before you ever reach out, so there is nothing to take on faith. Once you've found a match, send the inquiry with any questions you still have — financing, trade-in, timing — and our team responds with availability and next steps, typically within one business day.
We prepare a Purchase Agreement naming the exact vehicle, price, delivery terms and the return window, and send it for electronic signature. This step happens before any money changes hands — you are agreeing to terms you can read in full, not committing to a number over the phone.
Once the agreement is signed, we issue an invoice with secure bank wire instructions for the agreed price. There is nothing to interpret: the amount, the vehicle and the account match exactly what you already signed.
The invoice is completed by secure bank wire within 24 hours. Weekday invoices are sent before 3:00 PM EST, so most buyers pay and hear back the same day — a wire keeps the transaction traceable for both sides.
With payment confirmed, we arrange fully insured transport to your home, or to a mechanic you trust, anywhere in the continental United States. You'll hear from our team before the vehicle is dispatched, with a realistic delivery window.
Your inspection window opens the moment the vehicle is delivered, not when it ships. Drive it, put it on a lift, have a mechanic go through it — the full 10 days are yours to confirm it's exactly what you agreed to buy. If it isn't, the return terms below cover you at no extra cost.
After delivery
The inspection period starts when the vehicle is delivered. Keep it in the condition received, with normal use allowed while you evaluate it.
If it is not right, contact support during the inspection window. We coordinate return pickup and cover the return transport cost, then issue the refund within 24 hours after the vehicle arrives back — subject to the signed purchase agreement and the vehicle returning in the condition it was delivered in.
